The Kröller-Müller Museum was recently able to acquire Paravento con linea di velocità (Screen with speedline), (1916-1917), by Giacomo Balla (1871-1957), with substantial support from the BankGiro Lottery. Without the BankGiro Lottery contribution, the museum would be unable to successfully realize its acquisition policy. We are, therefore, extremely grateful to the lottery.

In 2015 the proceeds from the BankGiro Lottery rose to over € 125 million. Half of is reserved for culture and cultural heritage in the Netherlands. More information (in Dutch: www.bankgiroloterij.nl).
