Tickets for the museum
If you purchased an e-ticket with a time slot for entry to the museum, you can now contact ticket support to change the date and time slot of the ticket. If you have a free entry ticket with a Museumkaart (Museum pass), then you do not need to take action. This ticket will be void. If you would prefer to have your ticket refunded, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call +31 (0)202442877 (open each day from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs).
Tickets to the park
If you have purchased e-tickets for entrance to the Hoge Veluwe National Park and have not yet used them, you can cancel your purchase within fourteen days and have your money refunded. To do this, send an e-mail to email@example.com, including your e-tickets. For more information on the conditions or about contacting us, please see www.hogeveluwe.nl.

The museum guide contains texts on the Kröller-Müller collection and the Van Gogh collection. The museum guide is in two languages (English and Dutch) and can only be used on mobile phones. You will find the guide at krollermuller.uwmuseumgids.nl.
