The generous contributions from our benefactors enable the Kröller-Müller Museum to maintain the collection in optimal condition, make special acquisitions, organize high-profile exhibitions and set up educational projects. Private individuals and companies sympathetic to the museum and the collection also provide an indispensable contribution through the Helene Kröller-Müller Fund.
The Kröller-Müller Museum has been able to make a number of special acquisitions thanks to the contributions from the Rembrandt Association. For example, in 2015 the Association (with its funds) was the main sponsor for the acquisition of Opposites of White from 2006-2007 by Roni Horn (1955), together with the Mondriaan Fund and the BankGiro Lottery. Paravento con linea di velocità (Screen with speedline) by Giacomo Balla, from 1916-1917, was acquired recently, also with the support of the BankGiro Lottery.
