Temporary traffic disruption and closure of Otterlo entrance
From 1 to 27 April, there will be limited access at the Otterlo entrance of De Hoge Veluwe National Park. You can follow the recommended route indicated on the diversion signs.

From 28 April to 25 May, the Otterlo entrance will be closed to all traffic. During this period, you can use the entrances in Hoenderloo and Schaarsbergen. The (motor)way from the Otterlo entrance to the intersection with the Wildbaanweg near the Kröller-Müller Museum will also be closed. During this period, the walking routes Trekvogelpad Hoenderloo – Otterlo and Veluwe Zwerfpad Otterlo – Schaarsbergen cannot be used. A temporary timetable will apply to the 106 busline, more information will follow later.

Public transport

Take a bus from the railway stations of Apeldoorn, Ede-Wageningen or Arnhem to Otterlo. There, you transfer to the bus to the museum. Read more about the accessibility by public transport.

Car

From the A1, A50 and A12, turn off your navigator and follow the signs for Park Hoge Veluwe/Kröller-Müller.
There are three entrances to the park: Otterlo, Hoenderloo and Schaarsbergen. The Otterlo entrance is the busiest. If you want to drive to the museum via Hoenderloo or Schaarsbergen, then enter the address Houtkampweg 13, Hoenderloo or Koningsweg 17, Schaarsbergen into your GPS navigation. These entrances are further away from the Kröller-Müller Museum.

Parking and White Bicycles

There are parking spaces for cars and coaches at the museum. There are 6 disabled parking spaces at the museum. The park charges a fee for bringing and/or parking a car or coach. Purchase your ticket at the park entrance or online. Please be aware that there are no charging stations for electric vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the museum. In the central area of the park are 14 charging stations.

Would you rather walk or cycle through the park? Then park your car at one of the three entrances to De Hoge Veluwe National Park and continue on a free white bicycle (with child seat) or take a scenic walk.

Bus excursion

Excursion with Tour Company starting from Amsterdam

A deluxe minibus departs daily from Amsterdam Central Station (Centraal Station) to the Kröller-Müller Museum. The guide will take you on a short tour of the museum, after which you will be free to explore the museum and sculpture garden yourself. At the end of the day, the guide will bring you back to Amsterdam. Price: from €199.00 per person.
