ANBI-status

The Helene Kröller-Müller Fund is classified as a cultural ANBI-organization. Donations made to organizations classified as ANBI's are eligible for tax benefits.

The Belastingdienst (Dutch tax authority) has registered the Fund as a cultural ANBI. This means that the Fund does not need to pay inheritance tax or gift tax over inheritances and donations.
