The Helene Kröller-Müller Fund is classified as a cultural ANBI-organization. Donations made to organizations classified as ANBI's are eligible for tax benefits.
The Belastingdienst (Dutch tax authority) has registered the Fund as a cultural ANBI. This means that the Fund does not need to pay inheritance tax or gift tax over inheritances and donations. Every contributed euro entirely benefits the Fund. Donations made to organizations classified as ANBI's offer certain tax benefits for donors too.
